Laws, c. 353, § 6]. The Attorney General shall personally approve each kind or type of envelope for use under this chapter. The Department may not purchase, use, have printed upon, mail, or deliver any envelope for use under this chapter unless the type or kind of the envelope has first been approved personally by the Attorney General.
