Instructions for completing and returning a mail ballot [For application of this chapter, see 83 Del

The Attorney General shall prepare a list of instructions to assist an elector voting by mail ballot in properly marking and returning
the elector's ballot under this chapter. These instructions shall be known and marked as "INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING AND
RETURNING A MAIL BALLOT". Before each election, the Attorney General shall deliver a copy of the instructions to the Department
in sufficient time for the Department to have the instructions printed and delivered to each elector who requested a mail ballot for the
ensuing election.
