Feigning a physical disability to obtain assistance in voting; penalty

(a) Whoever, being an elector, feigns a physical defect or disability in order to be permitted to bring into the election room or voting
booth another person, shall be fined $100 and shall be imprisoned not more than 2 years.
(b) Whoever, being an elector selected to assist any person by reason of such person's physical defects, reveals how such elector has
voted or what persons were voted for by such elector on any ballot or gives any information concerning the appearance of any ballot
voted, shall be fined $100 and imprisoned not less than 1 nor more than 3 years.
