Power to subpoena and administer oaths

The Department, over the signature of any member thereof, is authorized to subpoena and bring before the Department any person or
persons in this State and to take testimony, either orally or by deposition or by exhibit, with the same fees and mileage and in the same
manner as prescribed by law in judicial procedure in civil cases in Superior Courts of this State.

transcript costs; Service of Department's report upon respondent; motion for rehearing; time; surrender of
certificate.
