Facilitating information exchange

(a) The Commission shall provide for facilitating the exchange of information to administer and implement the provisions of this
Compact in accordance with the rules of the Commission, consistent with generally accepted data protection principles.
(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of state law to the contrary, a member state shall agree to provide for the facilitation of all of
the following licensee information as required by the rules of the Commission, including any of the following:
(1) Identifying information.
(2) Licensure data.
(3) Adverse actions against a license and information related thereto.
(4) Nonconfidential information related to alternative program participation, the beginning and ending dates of such participation,
and other information related to such participation not made confidential under member state law.
(5) Any denial of application for licensure, and the reason or reasons for such denial.
(6) The presence of investigative information.
(7) Other information that may facilitate the administration of this Compact or the protection of the public, as determined by the
rules of the Commission.

(c) Nothing in this Compact shall be deemed or construed to alter, limit, or inhibit the power of a member state to control and maintain
ownership of its licensee information or alter, limit, or inhibit the laws or regulations governing licensee information in the member state.
