Review of district and school plans

District transition plans and school improvement plans shall be reviewed and evaluated at least every 3 years or more frequently upon
a schedule specified within the school's or district's plan to measure continuous progress in achieving the goals specified in the plan.
Such review and evaluation shall include the school community. The results of such review and evaluation will be reported in the annual
school district and school profiles as specified in this title.
