Delaware Code § 14-5306

School of Agriculture — Division of Short Courses

There shall be given at the University a short course of instruction in agriculture. The course shall be arranged by the University and
shall offer to on-campus or off-campus groups instruction in practical agriculture, horticulture, home economics and related subjects.
Tuition for such short courses of instruction shall be free to all persons engaged in agricultural or horticultural pursuits in the State.
