Right of State to transcribe and reproduce instructional material in braille and other media for

handicapped minors.
Each contract executed for the procurement of instructional materials shall include the right of the State to transcribe and reproduce
the material in braille, large print, recordings or other media for the use of handicapped minors, including the visually handicapped,
unable to use the book in conventional print and form. Such right shall include those corrections, revisions and other modifications as
may be necessary.
