Delaware Code § 14-4110

Disturbing schools or destroying school property; penalty

Whoever disturbs a public school in session or wilfully destroys any public school property shall be fined $20, to be collected as other
fines, and paid to the board of education of the school district for the benefit of the respective district, or imprisoned not more than 30
days, or both.
