As used in this chapter:
(1) "Person with a disability" means any person who by reason of a disability or impairment, whether congenital or acquired by
accident, injury, disease or developmental circumstance, is or may be expected to be totally or partially incapacitated for remunerative
occupation.
(2) "Vocational rehabilitation" means the rendering of a person with a disability fit to engage in remunerative occupation.
