(a) The contract with school employees shall be a contract drawn on a form approved by the Department of Education and shall be a state school employee contract that shall be executed by the reorganized school district board. One copy of the contract shall be delivered to the employee, and 1 copy shall be made part of the permanent file of the school district. (b) A school employee may be dismissed or suspended from that employee's duties in accordance with Chapter 14 of this title. Indemnity
