Duty to support woman with child conceived out of wedlock

The duty to support a woman pregnant with child conceived out of wedlock rests first upon the person by whom she became pregnant.
Such support may include her necessary prenatal and postnatal medical, hospital, and lying-in expenses incident to the pregnancy and to
the birth of the child, and such other relief as to the court shall seem reasonable.
