Damages against trustee for breach of trust [For application of this section, see 80 Del. Laws, c. 153,

A beneficiary may charge a trustee who commits a breach of trust with:

(1) The amount required to restore the value of the trust property and trust distributions to what they would have been had the breach
not occurred;
(2) The profit that the trustee made by reason of the breach; or
(3) Such other amount as may be determined by the court.
