Powers of appointment, rule against perpetuities and restraints on alienation

The validity of an estate or interest in property created through the exercise of a power of appointment shall, for the purposes of any
rule or law against perpetuities, remoteness of vesting, restraint upon the power of alienation or accumulations, be governed by Chapter
5 of Title 25.
