Power of Court to suppress, reject and order another inventory or list

The Court of Chancery may order an inventory or list of debts to be suppressed, or adjudge the same imperfect and order another to
be made and filed in the office of the Register of Wills. No inventory or list of debts shall be suppressed or adjudged imperfect because
of any defect in the affidavit or in any certificate of any oath or affirmation.
