Any provision in a certificate of incorporation, bylaw, trust agreement, contract, or any other writing regulating the relationships
between an owner and a holder, which relates to property that is or may be subject to the provisions of this chapter, with the exception
of "nonescheat capital credits" as defined in § 909 of Title 26, and which provides that upon the owner's failure to act or make a claim
regarding property in possession of the holder that the property reverts to or becomes the property of the holder is void and unenforceable.
