Escheator of the State [For application of this section, see 83 Del. Laws, c. 59, § 25.]

There shall be an Escheator of the State, who shall be the Secretary of Finance or the Secretary's delegate. The administration and
enforcement of this chapter, including verification of completeness and accuracy of records relating to unclaimed property, are vested
in the Secretary of Finance or the Secretary's delegate.
