Delaware Code § 11-8519

Certified copies of records

Any copy of a record, picture, photograph, fingerprint or other paper or document in the files of the Bureau certified by the Director
or the Director's designee to be a true copy of the original shall be admissible in evidence in any court of this State in the same manner
as the original might be.
