A person is guilty of unlawfully administering a controlled substance or counterfeit substance or narcotic drugs when, for a purpose other than lawful medical or therapeutic treatment, the person intentionally introduces or causes introduction into the body of another person, without consent, a controlled substance or counterfeit substance or narcotic drug. Unlawfully administering controlled substance or counterfeit substance or narcotic drugs is a class G felony.
