The Superior Court may issue writs or precepts, under the seal of the Court, to any sheriff, or other officer, of any county in the State, to take any person indicted. (Code 1852, § 1931; Code 1915, § 3800; Code 1935, § 4312; 11 Del. C. 1953, § 5101.)
