(a) Each member of the Board except the Chairperson shall receive $300 per day, for services when attending a meeting of the Board. The meetings of the Board shall not exceed 50 in any year; however, the Governor may, in the Governor's discretion, give written authorization to the Board to hold as many meetings in excess of 50 in any year as the business of the Board may require. (b) In addition, each member shall receive mileage incurred attending such meetings and performing such duties.
