In criminal proceedings it shall be prima facie evidence of the incorporation of a bank that it has been reputed to be an incorporated bank or has issued notes as a bank. (Code 1852, § 2350; Code 1915, § 4227; Code 1935, § 4702; 11 Del. C. 1953, § 3503.)
