entertainment or combative fighting match, contest, or event; class A misdemeanor. (a) A person is guilty of the unauthorized promotion of boxing, mixed martial arts or of a combative sports or combative sports entertainment or combative fighting match, contest, or event if the person promotes, arranges, advertises, or conducts a combative sports entertainment or combative fighting match, contest, or event in violation of Chapter 1 of Title 28. (b) A charge of the unauthorized promotion of boxing, mixed martial arts or of a combative sports or combative sports entertainment or combative fighting match, contest, or event shall not exclude prosecution for other offenses or violations of this Code. (c) The unauthorized promotion of boxing, mixed martial arts or of a combative sports or combative sports entertainment or combative fighting match, contest, or event is a class A misdemeanor.
