A juror is guilty of bribe receiving by a juror when the juror solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefit from another person upon agreement or understanding that the juror's vote, opinion, judgment, decision or other action as a juror will thereby be influenced. Bribe receiving by a juror is a class E felony.
