(a) Process of execution may be issued by the Justice of the Peace Court rendering a judgment, or by any other Justice of the Peace
Court, with which the docket containing such judgment is deposited, or a duly certified transcript of the record of such judgment is filed.
(b) The process of execution shall bear date of the day it is issued, and shall be made returnable on a day certain, not more than 60, nor
less than 30, days, thereafter; but a return of "no goods" may be made after 2 days from its date.
(c) Process of execution shall be directed to a constable.
