Concurrent original civil jurisdiction

The Court shall have concurrent jurisdiction to hear writs of habeas corpus or other proceedings brought for the purpose of gaining or
retaining the custody of a child or for the purpose of determining whether a child is being unlawfully detained by any person, agency,
or institution.
