A deed of assignment, executed pursuant to § 7312 of this title, shall be deemed to be a record of the court in which it is executed. A certified copy thereof shall be competent evidence. (Code 1852, § 2702; Code 1915, § 4626; Code 1935, § 5084; 10 Del. C. 1953, § 7321.)
