Liability for damage to closed properties

(a) A court-ordered closing of a premises or portion thereof pursuant to this chapter shall not constitute an act of possession, ownership
or control by the Court, the plaintiff or any government official or entity responsible for enforcing the court order.
(b) Any person or entity bringing, maintaining or enforcing any civil action or order issued in accordance with the provisions of this
chapter shall have immunity from any civil liability that might otherwise be incurred for any theft of, or loss, damage or injury to any
premises constituting the criminal nuisance, or to any fixture, furniture, personal or movable property located in or on any such premises.
