Delaware Code § 10-6114

Deposit of award

In any condemnation case in which any final award is made to any party in interest who is unknown, is a minor, or is mentally
incompetent, or is under any other legal disability, cannot be found, or resides outside of this State, or refuses to accept such award, the
Court may direct that the amount of such award be deposited by the plaintiff to the credit of such party in any state or national bank having
a branch or office in the county wherein the condemnation proceedings are instituted, within the periods providing for payment as set
forth in § 6113 of this title, or the Court may make such other order as is appropriate and just.
