Jurisdiction of Superior Court; filing of complaint

All condemnation proceedings within the State shall be commenced by filing a complaint as provided in this chapter in the Superior
Court in and for the county where the property is located, or if part of such property is situated in 1 county and part in another, then in
either county. The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all condemnation proceedings.
