Judgments by confession

A judgment, entered by the prothonotary of the Superior Court upon an obligation, without complaint filed, according to § 2306 of this
title, shall have the same force and effect as if a complaint had been filed and judgment confessed by an attorney, or judgment obtained
in open court.
