Delaware Code § 10-4705

Priority of judgments entered same day

If several judgments are entered against the same person, on the same day, the first entered has priority. If where there are several
judgments against the same person, it does not appear, by the entries, which was first entered, they shall, when given in actions previously
commenced, have priority according to the priority of the dates of the actions in which they are respectively given.
