Actions for price of newspapers or magazines received by mail; necessity for express order

No action shall be brought to charge any person upon any promise or agreement for the subscription price to any newspaper,
magazine, periodical, or publication whatsoever, when such promise or agreement arises from such person receiving through the mails any
newspaper, magazine, periodical, or publication, unless such newspaper, magazine, periodical, or publication shall have been, previous
to its being so received, expressly ordered by such person from the publisher thereof.
