(a) A person is guilty of unlawfully using slugs in the second degree when: (1) With intent to defraud the owner of a coin machine, he inserts or deposits a slug in such machine; or (2) he makes, possesses or disposes of a slug with intent to enable a person to insert or deposit it in a coin machine. (b) Unlawfully using slugs in the second degree is a class C misdemeanor.
