(b) If the term “judicial district of Hartford-New Britain” or “judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford” is used or referred to in any public act of 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1998 or in any section of the general statutes which is amended in 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1998 it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the judicial district of Hartford on and after September 1, 1998. (c) If the term “judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain” is used or referred to in any public act of 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1998 or in any section of the general statutes which is amended in 1995, 1996, 1997 or 1998 it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the judicial district of New Britain on and after September 1, 1998.
