Connecticut Code § 4-29

Use of appropriations in conjunction with federal funds

Any state appropriation or the proceeds of any bond issue authorized by the General Assembly for the purpose of erecting a building or buildings for the use of any state institution, any institution under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees of the Connecticut State University System enumerated in section 10a-87 , any technical education and career school or The University of Connecticut, for the development of aviation and for other purposes, may be used in whole or in part as the state's share of the cost of the work involved in conjunction with any funds made available by any branch of the federal government if the Governor so determines and directs.
