A warehouse bottling permit shall allow the storage and bottling of alcoholic liquor on the premises of a bonded warehouse, but no such permit shall be granted unless the place has received the approval of the Department of Consumer Protection. The annual fee for a warehouse bottling permit shall be one hundred sixty dollars and for a warehouse storage permit shall be thirty-five dollars.
