(a) There is established an account to be known as the “Olympic Spirit commemorative account” which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund. The account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the account. (b) The moneys in said account shall be distributed quarterly by the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to the United States Olympic Committee, a nonprofit entity. Said moneys shall be expended by the United States Olympic Committee on efforts dedicated to providing athletes with support and training, and preparing athletes for sports competition. (c) The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management may receive private donations to said account and any such receipts shall be deposited in said account.
