Annual report re appointments scheduled and transactions available and conducted on department's Internet web site

On or before February 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a , to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation. Such annual report shall include the following information from the preceding year: (1) The average amount of time a person spends at the Department of Motor Vehicles for an appointment that was scheduled on the department's Internet web site, (2) a list of the transactions that were available to be conducted by scheduling an appointment on the department's Internet web site, (3) a list of the transactions that were available to be conducted on the department's Internet web site, (4) the number of transactions conducted on the department's Internet web site, and (5) a summary of the department's efforts to increase the types of transactions available to be conducted on the department's Internet web site.
