The Commissioner of Transportation shall develop and maintain an interactive map on the Internet web site of the Department of Transportation that displays the location of and information concerning the department's active construction capital projects throughout the state. Such map shall identify the source of funding for each such project, aggregate the total costs of all such projects by funding type and construction phase and provide information and scheduled phases for each such project.
