Executive and closed meetings

(1) The commission may hold executive or
closed meetings for any of the following purposes:
(a) Considering applications for licensing when discussing background investigations or
personal information;
(b) Meeting with gaming officials of other jurisdictions, the attorney general, the district
attorney for either Teller or Gilpin county, or law enforcement officials in connection with
possible criminal violations;
(c) Consulting with the executive director, director, employees, or agents of the
commission concerning possible criminal violations or any security issues;
(d) Deliberations after hearing evidence in an informal consultation or in a contested
case.
