Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
In considering whether a person is of good
moral character for purposes of issuing any license pursuant to this article 30, or for any other
purposes, the commission may, in addition to all other information, consider whether that person
has been denied a gaming license by this or any other jurisdiction, city, state, or country, or
whether the person has ever had a gaming license in this or any other jurisdiction, city, state, or
country suspended or revoked. The commission may also consider whether a person has ever
withdrawn an application for any type of gaming license anywhere and the reasons for the
withdrawal.
