Powers of executive director

The executive director is authorized to enter
into contracts with the federal government, the state of Colorado, any state institution or agency,
any political subdivision, any department, agency, or instrumentality of a political subdivision,
and any political or public corporation of the state, and with any person necessary or incidental
to the performance of the duties and the execution of the powers of the executive director under
this part 7.
