Fees - copies of records - disposition

(1) The commission shall charge the
following fees: For copies of papers and records not required to be certified or otherwise
authenticated by the commission, twenty cents for each page; for certified copies of official
documents and orders filed in its office, twenty cents for each page; and one dollar for every
certificate under seal affixed thereto.
(2) No fees shall be charged for copies of papers, records, or official documents
furnished to public officers for use in their official capacity, but the commission may fix
reasonable charges for publications issued under its authority. All fees charged under this section
shall be collected by the commission, paid to the department of revenue, deposited in the office
of the state treasurer, and credited to the public utilities commission fixed utility fund or the
public utilities commission motor carrier fund, as the case may be.
