Liability for injury to stock

Any railroad company running or operating its
roads in this state and failing to fence on both sides thereof against livestock running at large at
all points shall be absolutely liable to the owners of any such livestock killed, injured, or
damaged by their agents, employees, engines, or cars or by the agents, employees, engines, or
cars belonging to any other railroad company or corporation running over and upon such road.
