Colorado Code § 39-11-133

Suit to quiet title. Suit to quiet title or to try title may be maintained by the

grantee or his successors for all or any one or more of the parcels or tracts acquired under tax
deed issued pursuant to said notices and requests, and it shall not be a defense or ground of
objection to such action that there is a misjoinder of parties or causes of action; but if a defense
to such action or a counterclaim is interposed by a claimant to one or more of said parcels, less
than all, then the action shall be tried as between the plaintiff and such claimant, separately from
the suit as to other parties and other parcels.
