Municipal or county ordinances regarding carbon monoxide alarms

Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit a municipality, city, home rule city, city and
county, county, or other local government entity from adopting or enforcing any requirements
for the installation and maintenance of carbon monoxide alarms that are more stringent than the
requirements set forth in this article.
