When guardian ad litem appointed - compensation

The court shall
appoint a disinterested person to act as guardian ad litem for minors and other persons under
disability and for all other persons not in being who appear to have an interest in the land. The
compensation of the said guardian shall be determined by the court and paid as a part of the
expense of the proceeding.
