Mechanics', warehouse, and other liens. Nothing in this article shall be

construed to impair the rights of lien claimants arising under any mechanics' lien law in force
and effect in this state or the lien of any warehouseman or any other person claimed for repairs
on or storage of any manufactured home, when a mechanic's lien or storage lien has originated
prior to the time any mortgage on said manufactured home has been filed for record, as provided
in section 38-29-125, and such manufactured home has remained continuously in the possession
of the person claiming such mechanic's lien or lien for storage, notwithstanding that no notation
of such lien is made upon the certificate of title to the home in respect of which it is claimed.
