(1) Neither the owner of a mobile home park nor the owner's agent may require as a condition of tenancy in a mobile home park that a prospective home owner has purchased a mobile home from any particular seller or from any one of a particular group of sellers. (2) Such owner or agent shall not give any special preference in renting to a prospective home owner who has purchased a mobile home from a particular seller. (3) A seller of mobile homes shall not require as a condition of sale that a purchaser locate in a particular mobile home park or in any one of a particular group of mobile home parks. (4) The owner or operator of a mobile home park shall treat all persons equally in renting or leasing available space. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this subsection (4) shall be construed to preclude owners and operators of mobile home parks from providing housing for older persons as defined in section 24-34-502 (7)(b), C.R.S.
